Original products for UMITOTA designed by Akira Minagawa of minä perhonen, as well as a photobook featuring images of Teshima, are available for purchase at the shop “naminomi” located next to UMITOTA.

The building is designed by Yoshifumi Nakamura, with furnishings and appliances designed by Akira Minagawa.

An impressionable space with a large window framing the scenery, the shop welcomes visitors to stop by and browse souvenirs to purchase as a commemoration of their visit to the island, or as gifts for their loved ones.

The name of the store, “naminomi” (the fruits of waves) reflects our hopes for visitors to spend a fruitful moment while listening to the sounds of waves.
